Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refunds for services. All efforts will be made to reschedule appointments. If a customer arrives late to a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time (ie. if the training session is scheduled for a 30-minute training session to take place from 9-9:30 am, and the customer arrives at 9:10 am, the session will still conclude at 9:30 am) If the trainer arrives late to a session, the late time will be added to the end of the scheduled session if possible (ie. if a training session is scheduled from 9-9:30 am and the trainer arrives at 9:10 am, the session will go from 9:10-9:40 am) If it is not possible to add time to the end of the appointment, then a credit for time will be added to the next booked service. We understand that your time is valuable and we will respect your time, we ask that you do the same for us.
In Person Training Sessions
A cancellation/reschedule made more than 24 hours in advance will result in no fee the first two times. The third cancellation will result in a $10 fee and all future cancellations will require a 72-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour but more than 1 hour from scheduled appointment time will result in a $10 fee. Appointments canceled within 1 hour of scheduled appointment time will result in a $25 or 50% of your appointment fee (whichever is smaller). Missed appointments without prior notice will still require full payment of service.
Dog Walks

Virtual Dog Training Sessions
A cancellation/reschedule made more than 24 hours in advance will result in no fee. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour but more than 1 hour from scheduled appointment time will result in a $5 fee. Appointments canceled within 1 hour of scheduled appointment time will result in a fee equal to 50% of your appointment fee. Missed appointments without prior notice will still require full payment of service.
Any appointment cancellation made by a dog trainer will be made with at least a 2 hour notice with all possible efforts to provide a 24-hour notice. If proper notice cannot be made by the dog trainer, the appointment will be rescheduled at no cost and a $10 credit will be applied toward the next service.
